MEMECARD
Executive Summary
MEMECARD is a community-led revival project that combines meme-coin narrative energy with a longer-term plan to build an equity layer, a mutual-credit layer, and user-facing financial rails.
The project vision is to use MEMECARD as a settlement currency, develop a future WIR mutual-credit unit, position MemeBank as the capital-allocation layer, and use an AI-assisted treasury to scale games, credit flows, and real rails over time.
System Architecture
1. MemeBank Equity Layer
This layer is intended to provide capital funding, treasury management, memecoin farming profits, and eventual real-world rails.
2. WIR Mutual Credit Layer
This layer is intended to provide peer-to-peer credit creation, participant credit lines, and clearing across the network using a Leontief-style matrix ledger.
3. MemeCard Trencher AI Layer
The newer draft adds an AI execution engine for treasury management, memecoin farming, reserve management, and staged ramp execution under DAO-defined risk parameters.
Core Economic Thesis
- Community attention and raids create momentum around MEMECARD.
- Treasury and AI systems attempt to convert that momentum into durable capital.
- MemeBank uses accumulated equity to fund participants.
- The WIR layer clears mutual-credit activity across games and, later, broader participants.
Memecoin Farming Strategy
The treasury targets dead or abandoned memecoins with strong original narratives, revives them, and recycles profits into MemeBank. In the later version, the AI layer automates target scanning, capital deployment, and profit recycling.
Games and Network Activity
The four key game ecosystems identified in the drafts are Battlebots, LifeSim, GeoHunt, and Botworld. These are positioned as both credit generators and engagement engines.
Reserve, Hedging, and Treasury Logic
The source drafts describe a delta-neutral reserve and a Polymarket-based hedge or backstop concept. The readable merged position is that reserve logic is aspirational, should be transparent and rule-based, and only becomes credible once treasury balances are real and visible.
Governance
The proposed model is stake-weighted DAO governance with the formula:
Voting Power = Staked MEMECARD × Lock Multiplier × NFT Tier Bonus
Product and Rail Ambitions
- NFT wallets
- simulated card flows in early stages
- eventual Stripe or card-program applications
- NFC or tap-to-pay experiences
- self-custody wallet flows
These should be treated as roadmap concepts rather than live capabilities unless separately launched and verified.
Phased Roadmap
Phase 0: Immediate Revival and Hype
Days 1 to 10. Focus on site launch, social coordination, listing updates, early AI signaling, and initial reserve seeding concepts.
Phase 1: Staking, DAO, and WIR Seed Layer
Weeks 2 to 6. Focus on staking, governance, treasury loops, early mutual-credit logic, first revival deployments, and AI activation.
Phase 2: Game Ecosystem and Credit Scaling
Months 2 to 5. Focus on games as activity engines, credit generation through usage, and additional revival cycles.
Phase 3: Real Rails and Capital Funding
Months 4 to 10. Focus on legal structuring, card or payments integrations if approved, self-custody payment experiences, and capital deployment.
Phase 4: Internet-Scale WIR and Licensed MemeBank
Months 9 to 24. Focus on broader network participation, global mutual-credit clearing, and regulated structures where required.

Disclaimers
- Early phases are test or demo mode only.
- Mutual credit and staking assumptions are conceptual until fully implemented.
- Card, Stripe, payments, and banking references are roadmap ambitions.
- Reserve, hedging, and treasury support mechanisms are not guarantees.
- Any AI execution layer should operate under explicit DAO-defined constraints.
Plain-English Positioning
MEMECARD is a speculative community project that wants to use meme-driven treasury growth to finance a later DAO, credit, and payments stack.
